This apartment is located on the ground floor and has 4 beds. It consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin room, a bathroom, dining area with kitchenette and a terrace marked by a stone arch that frames the local sea views. The apartment is accessed from the courtyard through a glass wall that leads from the terrace to the living space. The kitchen has an equipped kitchenette with cookware, dishes, utensils, a freezer and an oven. It is furnished with a table and chairs, a wicker sofa and satellite TV.
The half-covered terrace is equipped with a barbecue and wood oven and allows you to cook on a spit or grill – excellent for pizzas or roast meat. Guests can spend their evenings cooking and eating together with family or friends.
The living space is separated from the bedroom by a sliding door with an opening which gives access to the bedrooms and the bathroom.
The rooms have respectively: a double bed, and two single beds.
Also available to guests are a washing machine (for shared use), an iron and ironing board.
The apartment has a parking space in the courtyard and is ideal for either a family with two children or a small group of friends to spend their holidays.
